We first, did this for people in long-term relationships (5 years or more). Last time, it was for people in newer relationships, 1-5 years.
This time, it's those of you who are either single or dating but not yet in a long-term-ish relationship.
Folks don’t need to answer every one of these questions, since not all of them may apply to your situation. And obviously, only share what you’re comfortable with:
The Basics
- Describe yourself relationship by age, gender and how long you've been single/dating e.g. 42f, 1.5 years)
- Relationship status, e.g. single, dating someone new, dating several people, etc.
- Monogamous? Open? Poly? "It's complicated"?
Your Sex Life
- In a sentence, describe the current state of your sex life?
- How often per week or month are you sexually intimate? (Not limited only to PIV)
- What's good about your sex life, overall?
- What's challenging about it?
- If you are dating: how are you meeting people? Apps? Hobby groups? Etc.
What's On the Menu?
- What's in the regular rotation, e.g. oral, PIV, mutual masturbatiom, anal, etc.?
- What are the "special" things you occasionally enjoy with partners but don't do frequently?
- Any activities you'd like to explore but haven't had the opportunity yet?
- What activities do you enjoy the most?
- What, if anything, are you concerned about in regards to what your sex life might look like down the road?
Wrapping Up*
What's the best advice you'd give people about making sex consistently fulfilling in a relationship, especially while single/dating?
(Is there anything we didn't ask but should have?)
