I've been listening to the Sex and Psychology podcast and they recently had a pair of back-to-back episodes with the co-authors of a new book, Desire: An Inclusive Guide to Navigating Libido Differences in Relationships, Drs. Lauren Mersy & Jennifer Vencill.
The first podcast episode was with Dr. Mersy, "When You Want Less Sex Than Your Partner".
That was followed by the episode with Dr. Vencill, "When You Want More Sex Than Your Partner".
While a pair of half-hour podcast episodes can't sufficiently summarize everything the book covers, having listened to both, I think the many people out there trying to navigate a "mixed libido relationship" might get something out of this regardless if you're the high or low libido partner.
As someone in such a relationship, I'm looking forward to checking the book out.
