Me and my partner have been together just over a year now and in the last 4 months or so he hasn't been initiating oral sex as frequently as before. It's been one of my main ways of orgasming for my entire sexually active life, and was a mainstay of our personal sex life until it just suddenly wasn't anymore! I HAVE tried to talk to him about it, outside the bedroom, and he sorta just shrugged and said he doesn't know why he isn't initiating as much. The kicker though is when we ARE in bed and I ask for it, even in a sexy kinda way, he isn't always willing to do it 😔 I got really embarrassed/felt rejected once and sort of jokingly asked if I smell or taste different or bad now and he just kinda laughed and was like nooo thats not it at all. Another time I asked him for it in bed and he didn't want to, but instead of continuing with other things he just sorta stopped the whole experience and said he felt weird. I felt awful cause I don't think I asked in a rude or creepy way so I was like what is happening?? But he didn't wanna talk about it in the moment.

Its just starting to get super weird at this point and frankly, I miss it a lot!! He is VERY skilled and always seemed to enjoy it before so I'm truly perplexed what happened.

Now, I will say, I went through some hormonal issues during these same 4 months and was having random bleeding episodes. Our sex life in general took a hit for a little while till I got that figured out. I don't know if maybe that turned him off? Maybe he tasted blood once by accident? Lol I know speculating isn't helpful, but ugh.

Where do I go from here in trying to talk to him about it?
