For those of you who practice tantra, breathing techniques or mindful masturbation, how long did it take before you started to notice results in your sex life?
Maybe it defeats the purpose of some of these things to be focused on how soon it will start benefiting you, but I'm interested in some of these lesser known practices and I'd find it helpful to get a sense of how difficult/time consuming they might be.
I hope this question makes sense. English isn't my first language, and sometimes I don't think i express things as clearly as I'd like.
