The sky was overcast with dark gray clouds, leaving the towering buildings to seem even more uncaring and dead. The Advent healthcare facility was a shining beacon, in contrast, white walls in a wide, white-walled building. The sign glowing above indicated it was open, even if there was no one around to signal that it had traffic. Still, the doors parted as you entered. At the front desk sat a Sectoid, who only barely glanced up from his screen upon your approach. The note you had gotten signified you were to check in for a physical exam, simple right? Still, some of the rumors about the genetic clinics would make anyone nervous to step into these buildings. “Please take a seat in the waiting room, the nurse will come to see you soon.” The alien spoke without having been addressed, of course, given that they were psychic. Alone in the entire facility, it seemed, the walls and hallways were almost indistinguishable from one another, but you could simply follow the signs to the waiting area, passing closed door after closed door until you’d reached it. A few minutes turn into a few dozen, only the sterile, white light there to comfort you in a wide-open space with rather uncomfortable chairs. Just as certain thoughts begin to creep into your mind, however, the door swings open. In steps, or rather slithers, a large, red-scaled viper in a white nurse’s outfit. Her eyes are also bright red, while her stomach is slightly more pinkish. The armor-like scales are in a smooth, seamless pattern, painting eye-like shapes on her shoulder and large, flared-out hood. Her tail draws behind her for about 3 more meters, though she keeps her posture low enough to not hit her head on the doorframe. The dress is rather tight around the chest, which makes the outline of her hourglass figure very obvious as her melon-sized breasts threaten to explode the few buttons that hold it together. She holds a tablet in her long, clawed fingers, looks down at it, and then at you.
