This is a question mostly for girls but Iā€™m open to hearing all opinions:)

Iā€™ve been with my partner for 4 years now and we havenā€™t done penis-vaginal penetration while weā€™ve done everything else. When we get to that point it ends with me either crying or screaming to stop due to pain. Is this for most girls ? Weā€™ve tried multiple different positions and I also got tested for endometriosis and pcos for this problem, both have come up negative. Itā€™s so embarrassing and I feel ā€œ not normalā€ did you girls just push through the pain ? I feel like I need an epidural itā€™s THAT painful.

Call back and make another apt. It shouldnā€™t take a year at all.

No. As a paramedic and husband to an amazing wife, no. Pain is NOT normal for sex. You really need to make more appointments with your gyno to get this sorted. Vaginusmus maybe, as that can cause great deal of pain, but so can fibroids or cysts. All require a diagnosis though and you deserve to not feel pain during sex.
