Hey all. I(27f) and my boyfriend (28m) have recently started having sex.(we’ve been dating for about 2.5 months if that matters) Up until now I was a virgin so it’s all been a learning experience for sure. I didn’t realize how athletic and/or flexible you need to be lol.
I’m starting to get more comfortable with him. He wants me to ride him but I tried and I physically could not spread my legs far enough to actually get on top.
Are there any like exercises or things I can do to stretch my muscles and train them so I can ride him one day? (For reference if you need it, I’m 5ft 4, ~250 lbs, and I’m not athletic. I don’t work out or anything. He’s 6ft tall, probably weighs about the same, and he jogs or works out almost every day.)
Any advice is appreciated!
Riding with your body weight is still possible, just comes with extra challenges. Yes it helps to be flexible for sex, and that includes with riding. Practicing spreading your knees and hips as if you were mounting does help. Also I suggest grinding when you’re on top, not up and down movements. There is still lots and lots to explore with sex, endless avenues.
