Hi, I want to preface this by saying that I do get erections otherwise, not to mention the fact that I do end up having sex with her and enjoying it. Whenever we have foreplay it gets hard, if we are talking dirty on the phone or on chat same thing. However for some reason when the times comes to do the deed don't get as hard when I am with her. And it is bothering me quite a bit since I want her to have a good time in bed. I'm in my late 20s and very attracted to her. This is an issue that has only started happening recently.
Any advice would be helpful thanks in advance.
Hey mate. There’s a lot of reasons that you would have fluctuations in erectile strength. Performance anxiety is a real thing and if happens to everyone at some point. Performance anxiety can mean the total loss of an erection when it’s time to play or just a diminished one/one that’s not as hard as usual. It sounds like this may be the case, but like I said there are many other potential reasons for this, like sleep, some prescription medications and recreational drugs, caffeine use, anxiety, anger, ect. There are a handful of over the counter supplements you can take to promote vasodialaton which would help maximize your hardness when it’s time to play, or you can go to your doctor and get a cialis script to ensure you’re going to be able to get as erect as you need when it’s time to have sex.

Well that’s totally okay, but your body is a complex chemical reaction and those supplements only impact the systems responsible for erections with specific chemical reactions to help vasodialate to make getting erect easier. There’s zero shame in it. Just stop masturbating if you are, and give yourself space to find what works best for you in the moment. Trial and error. A penis ring helps keep blood in too
