So need advice on how to proceed, I'll give background as much as possible.
So to give context this only happens when we're doing anal. We've been together for 6 years and we've been doing anal for all 6, it's not new. In the past she's had regular orgasms from anal, but these past 6ish months the way she reacts during anal has changed a little bit. By her words, she gets super sensitive and feels like she's going to pee herself while doing anal to the point where she has me stop to give her a break, this usually happens after a while but then wants me to continue only to repeat a never ending cycle.
I think it's a prelude to her squirting (she's never done that) but she doesn't think so

So, just to be clear, bladder stimulation occurs during squirting so you’re both right. But yes, you can easily stimulate the g-spot and a-spot and the surrounding tissues which is where the skenes glands are which would be what triggers squirting.
