Do you have a vibrator? That could be worth adding. I have a hitachi magic wand and it lives up to its reputation. It’s actually a bit too strong for me, even in the lower setting. So much so that I bought a smaller but still potent rechargeable one from Amazon. I can send a link to that if you’re interested.
The other thing I can suggest is a butt plug set. I bought mine for the sake of curiosity and, by gradually working my way up to the bigger ones, it let me take my dildo up that end for the first time. This was honestly just to satisfy my curiosity about what anal would feel like. Discovered it‘s not something I like and never played with the plugs much after that. Also bought from amazon.

The set I had came with 5 or so plugs of varying widths. I found it was sufficient to wear and adjust to each of them, smallest to larger, in gradual succession, until adapting to the second from largest size. With that accomplished, my body was stretched / relaxed enough to insert my dildo, which from what I can tell, is not a large one and probably about the size of an average penis. Not sure if that answers your question?
