I got really insecure about a comment on my kissing
Post Body

I [28m] was hanging out with one of my partners [30f]. As we were driving to a show and vibing together, we kissed on a stop light. Then she told me that "You don't suddenly kiss your lover with your mouth open. I want to teach you". I jokingly responded, "I'll practice on a tomato, just like how I learned from MTV".

Not going to lie, though, that comment got in my head. Now, every time I kiss her, I'm worried about using too much tongue or not being the best kisser. I'm not in moment, or "not give a fuck mode" anymore.

What's making things worse for me is the following: We we both poly and have another potential partner [30f]. When I see them kiss, I'm absolutely blown away by how passionate and organic they kiss. I'm feeling a little inadequate and feel like I'm a bad kisser. Any idea how to mitigate this? I don't want to feel insecure.
