Has competing in sports pushed or changed habits in the bedroom for you?
Post Body

So pre pandemic I was competing throughout the year in combat sports (purely as amateur) and training pretty regularly. Found it kept me even keeled and my ego in check. Overall it's the one thing I miss the most as even with things opening up, finding time again like before is a struggle. Then late last year me and my partner who originally was interested in me because of our dynamic (cnc, dom/sub primal kinda stuff) noticed a few changes we only talked about recently. Apparently I'm much less physically aggressive and domineering compared to before, I can still flip the switch but now it feels like a role compared to just going all in if that makes sense.

I'm curious and would love to know if anyone has a comparable experience. This has opened up some questions on my end. Like once I start competing again will I go back to "normal", is this an age thing, maybe it's just a mood thing? Not sad about this btw, truly fascinated that I unknowingly changed in a way that was obvious to all my partners.

TLDR; I used to fight/compete for years and apparently I've blended that energy into my sexual dynamics. After I stopped because of covid, sex with partners have changed and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
