Could ballplay lead to any torsion or damage to testicles?

During sex, my girlfriend will jerk/suck me off while playing with my balls. I wouldn’t say she goes too hard because it’s not painful, but it can surprise me at times how much she rolls them around and I feel zero pain.
Has anyone every heard of testicular torsion as a result of ball play? Could this act be damaging to testicles that could lead to infertility?
