Cut back on porn, now my sex-somnia is in overdrive.

For years, my usual schedule has been wake up, beat off, go to work, come home, jack off, wait for wife to come home, may be have an after work quickie, dinner, fuck, bed.

In December, I decided to cut back on porn and masturbation. Not really for any reason, just something I thought I should do before it becomes a problem.

However, my sex-somnia has gone into overdrive. I've been sleep walking since I was about 10, but that was mostly talking in my sleep or just throwing pillows across the room. Once I started sharing bed with my wife, that turned into 2am nookie sessions. She's fine with it, and thinks it's funny (and apparently sleep-me is still a pretty good lay) but for the past few weeks what was once a once every few months phenomenon has turned into a nightly ritual. We've apparently been going at it pretty hard (unbeknownst to me) much to my wife's pleasure and my confusion, only remembering in hazy dream memories and hickies and bite marks that I don't remember giving or receiving.

I'm not really complaining about anything, I just wanted to share an unintended consequence to cutting back on porn.

Anybody else have any silly stories of trying to change something only to have it backfire in entertaining ways?
