I (21f) have a great amount of respect for cowgirl done well

This is super awkward but I noticed I don’t last more than like a minute on top. So I timed myself basically doing the same movement and I lasted a minute and 4 seconds... I’m gonna keep doing that to build stamina because I have a newfound respect for the strength this position takes, and for people that can go 10 minutes doing this!!
