What do you call someone who gains pleasure from pleasing others?

I was having a conversation with a sub and she said she wouldn't mind being a dom. I said oh you're a switch then and she said yes butt not really the way that you think.
She says she prefers being a sub but will switch to her domme side only if her partner is into it and it pleases them.
