A little help plz

My partner (f30) and I (m28) need a little help. We are both " Fluffy ", little bigger then we d like and working to trim our sizes but the issue rn is .... sex. Being bigger rule s out a LOT of positions and lower libido is no help
Any ideas would help, be they for sex or carving kilos thanks!
