Orgasm/sex headaches - advice for someone who hasn't really had them before
Post Body

For those that don't know/haven't heard of these before or are plain old curious - I get a headache as soon as I orgasm. At that point, it's really bad; they then usually die down to something I can ignore or paracetamol can cure the next day and for me, have historically lasted around two days. For those who are medically inclined or similar "victims" however:

I'm not sure when I first ever got one, but it was just over a year ago I made the orgasm connection (I'm 26 currently). They stopped after a month or so and so I never really paid any attention to it, but have now come back with a vengeance.

I haven't done anything since Sunday, and before that, the Sunday before. Not surprisingly, my girlfriend isn't best pleased I'm not up for anything. Usually (as far as I can use that term) they would go within two days, but recently I've started getting these on a worse level. It can be from sex or masturbating, but they seem to be lasting longer - still got one from Sunday as it stands.

Does anyone have any advice on how to stop them happening, or things that help them not? I don't understand why I got them before, they went and now are back for example. Having a "hangover" from them is also really not good for studying, work etc., not to mention that I also want to have sex with the girlfriend haha!

I'd appreciate any advice people can give, as it's been almost three weeks of virtually constant headaches now.
