This has happened multiple times. My girlfriend (22f) tells me (24m) “Let’s fuck right now!”, but by the time I get prepared to have sex, she loses her horniness.

For instance, this morning she said “we should fuck!”, but I was drenched in sweat from working out, so I went to take a shower. When I came out of the shower, she was like, “sorry, I’m not horny anymore.“

This really upsets me because she excites me by telling me we’re going to have sex, but she suddenly shuts me down. I, on the other hand, am always ready to have sex. Sometimes I get the itch to do the same thing to her, suddenly be like “sorry, I’m not horny”, so she can experience the same feeling that I get, but I usually try to avoid conflict.

Do other girls do this as well? What can I do to prevent this?
