Why some people want to have sex just to 'lose my virginity'??

I'm talking about people that only wants to have sex because of that, without even thinking about the consequences. Not because they want to do something more than just masturbate or because they are just horny, in that case its completely fine, but why do they feel so pressured to do it sometimes? Its okay if you are, that doesn't make you less if you haven't had sex before, don't do it just because you think its an obstuction in your life.
