I guess I'm looking for some insight into my situation. I like porn... a lot. I think this is pretty common among men my age (early 30's). Would it be better if I watched less porn? Yeah, I'm sure it would. But if it's not a serious problem and if it's something I enjoy I'm not sure why I would stop. My porn habits are basically the following:

If it's a day where I don't have much going on besides work, gym, and usual social activities I will watch porn and masturbate twice in a day. Generally once in the morning, sometimes before getting out of bed, and then again in the evening (likely after smoking some pot). If it's an especially slow day with nothing going on I can spend an hour or two browsing porn between these two sessions.

I generally prefer what is marketed as "female friendly" porn. I don't watch anything extreme, I like my porn fairly vanilla and only watch porn where it's clear all people in it are having a good time.

I also browse onlyfan leak sites, since discovering a certain site that has rips of lots of onlyfan's models content and constantly updates this has become my main thing to masturbate to. Basically I have a lot of girls bookmarked on the site and during sessions I'll see who has updated content, browse, and jerk off.

I often save a lot of porn, I have gigs and gigs of it in a drive on my computer. I'm a technologically inclined person so this is pretty easy for me to do and I like having a record of my favorite scenes to come back to and I'll sometimes have these on in the background while browsing the aforementioned onlyfans site.

I never pay for porn, which I view as both a good thing and a bad thing considering I am technically stealing content from onlyfans creators.

That all being said, I never skip out on obligations, life things, social activities, or whatever else to watch porn. I can go days without masturbating if I don't get the opportunity and it's not really a problem.

So those are my porn habits in a nutshell...do they seem problematic? Sometimes I think I'm doing too much, but it's fun and I steer clear of any extreme or harmful types of pornography. Hell, I won't even watch anal sex.

Now on to my sex life. I don't have much to say about it other than I think it's good and healthy. My GF and I can have sex twice or three times a day when we're together. She likes porn too and we will watch it together sometimes, but not too often.

The one thing I don't love is that sometimes I am thinking about another girl I saw in porn while we're having sex to help me get off. I don't have to do this but I do find my mind going there sometimes. My girlfriend is obviously very sex and she certainly gets me very aroused when we're having sex, but sometimes I'll need to think about something else to finish.
