I need some help and advice. I'm (m27) and my gf is (f27). We've been together almost a year. I don't have much experience with sex. I've only been with one person before and we didn't have a connection. Also with my first partner I had trouble finishing. I could go forever it felt like but never finish. We had sex in the double digits and I can count on one hand the number of times I finished. It was frustrating in so many ways for me.

Fast forward to now and I'm with this new girl and we have a crazy connection. It's amazing. I'm on anti depressants for mental health and it has tanked my ability to maintain an erection. I've found myself at 27 having to use Viagra. It helps tremendously though and makes me the hardest I've ever been. However I still struggle with confidence. That being said it also has taken the spontaneous part of sex away for us. Like I feel like we have to plan when to have sex and that makes my girlfriend anxious having to plan. I'd love to be able to surprise her and initiate when we're both in the mood. But I also don't wanna waste my viagra because that defeats the purpose of them. Does anyone have any tips? Advice? Has anyone dealt with similar issues?

I've talked with her and she told me to plan it and not tell her. But feel her out and see how she's feeling. I just really feel a connection with this woman and I really want us both to enjoy sex. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
