My [26M] penis has been uncomfortable/sore since using a new masturbator toy

Post Body

I purchased a Bad Dragon masturbator and received it on December 23rd. When trying it out, the entrance was extremely tight and I had difficulty getting my penis inside of it. I am rather endowed and it may have just needed stretching or have compressed in the cold or something.

I was using irresponsible force to try to get my penis inside, becoming very frustrated with the inconvenience as a result of already being in a negative emotional state that day. While trying to insert myself into the toy while erect, my grip slipped and my erection seemed to bend slightly as it slammed downward (I was laying down). It only hurt for a couple minutes, but I have since had persistent discomfort at the base of my penis near the pelvis. It's not very painful, but a throbbing, mild soreness. Ibuprofen tends to help with the feeling.

I've seen no evident damage or bruising, but while I can still get erect and orgasm, my penis does not seem to be quite as hard as it normally is when fully erect. I'd say it's about 90% erect comparatively. I've also noticed the blood vessel, which is prominent on top of my penis, being more prominent and having a slight engorgement at the base, almost like a pocket.

The discomfort continues, and my penis now almost feels cold - noticeably colder than the rest of my body. The head of the penis also seems to be pale. This is a new feeling in the last hour. Should I seek medical assistance?
