Yes, I know that if there isn't enough lube (natural or otherwise) and/or certain medical conditions it can be painful even slowly. But I'm asking more for a case where there has been foreplay and/or lube has been applied appropriately (if y'all are into doing it that way) but the man just lunges one big thrust inside all the way deep..
