[25F] Person I'm [26F] going to sleep with in a few days says she was diagnosed with HPV years ago -- no cancer/warts. I'm only just realizing that I'm... aaaactually not vaccinated for HPV. Should I shut this down immediately?

Post Body

I recognize HPV is common, and she's got the vaccine, but I'm realizing that I don't think I'm vaccinated for HPV (my mom was very against that one specific vaccine and... well, I just forgot later in life, I guess, unless I got it and just completely blanked). Roast me in the comments if you like -- I deserve it.

I moved to a new city just recently and don't have new doctors yet, AND I'm also still getting over covid and I don't think now would be a great time to get a vaccine. Is this something I should shut down, or is there a way around this somehow?
