Bullet-proof protocol to avoid HIV in MFF threesomes

Hey everyone,

My girlfriend and I enjoy threesomes with other females.

I've spent hours researching on Reddit and Sexual Health websites for safe sex practices for MFF threesomes but I still feel confused about the right protocol and I would love to clear this up.

What I'm mainly worried about is us getting HIV from another female partner.

To play it safe we follow this protocol:

- We don't use condoms for blow jobs and eating pussy

- I always wear condoms on the other girl but take it off each time I have sex with my girl. I then use a new one when switching back to the other girl.

My concern however is 3 things;

  1. When the other girl is ridding me, her vaginal fluids would most likely be coming in contact with my groin area, especially when we go deep. This is because the outer part of her vagina, which is mucous membrane would be touching my groin area. So then when I stop penetrating her, take off the condom and start penetrating my girl, could the other girl's fluids transfer this way?
  2. When I remove the condom, surely my fingers would come in contact with vaginal fluid from the condom. Do I need to avoid fingering my girl with the hand used to remove the condom?

I know these questions may sound weird or like I'm overthinking it but we play quite often and I just want to be safe.

Thank you
