Me (25M) and my girlfriend (24F) have been together for almost two years and our sex life has never been great. We have good moments but overall we lack consistency. I had a decent amount of experience prior to this relationship but she did not so we started off by trying to figure out what she likes.

We did bdsm tests and talked in depth and came up with some things she likes however we have only tried a few things because whenever I try bringing up new things, she always just says “I don’t know how”. I’ve taught her how to do the things I like but I can’t teach her how to do what she likes or help her figure out what she likes.

I consistently ask her what she would like to do or try to attempt to get things going in the bedroom and it’s almost always “I don’t know because I don’t know what there is”. I’ve told her to watch porn and keep reading her smut books but when it comes to porn she just changes it to “I don’t know what to look for”.

Any advice is appreciated, especially from women who maybe were in the same boat and had a “discovery” phase
