I (47F) have been in a very inactive relationship on his(48M) part . I am trying to get back into myself and regain personal pleasure to get by in-between the instances he will actually give ANY form of intimacy.
I am working on my aversion to self pleasure.
I had a situation happen yesterday where simply reading some words ( a "conversation " with someone else about a specific situation im trying to navigate)that had sexual content got me actually actively wet.
I feel EXTREMELY guilty for it, but at the same time am intrigued.
Is this something I should be concerned about? Is this an actual normal thing? Is it possible that my perceived loss of arousal when with my partner ( I NEED lube consistently) is because I'm too set into menopause issues, or just lack of reasonable arousal effort on his part?
Really looking for input on all or one of the points, but mostly looking for input from either men or women on if it's OK I got physically wet because of reading the words.
