19m started having sex for the first time with my girlfriend and have discovered I have a short frenulum. My foreskin isn’t tight but the band that connects it to my head is. When I have sex it pulls it down to the point it hurts because it can’t get past the bottom of the head (only when hard) but it needs to, the pain isnt too bad but it kills my erection completely.

What do I do? I looked into some medical options but they’re all bad. Removing the foreskin is completely off the table not doing that, so is removing the frenulum. There is a surgery to lengthen the thing but the NHS waiting list for that is years and private costs a few thousand at least that’s the price at a local private clinic maybe there’s better but I don’t have that money just to dump on this.
