Lifelong (?) inability to achieve orgasm in men

I've seen this sub has lots of posts from women struggling to orgasm. My case is however quite different as I'm a guy in my early 20s and I think I never genuinely orgasmed in my whole life.

I can ejaculate and I find masturbation pleasurable, but while cumming, instead of feeling a wave of euphoria or anything of that sort, I feel almost nothing except cum being pushed out of my penis. I have normal sex drive. I cannot say whether this would be a problem during sex, because I haven't had it yet - for totally unrelated reasons, but who knows, maybe I would feel more driven if it felt much better. However most guys find it easy to orgasm while masturbating and only have issues when with a partner so I doubt it would the other way around for me.

I need to emphasize this isn't caused by anti-depressants or any such medication in my case, simply because I had never been taking them! Or any other kind of drugs. This has been the case from the first time I masturbated, long before I even took a sip of alcohol.

Can someone on this sub give me some sort of advice? Is it possible to overcome this? I'm also not sure whether I'd want to know exactly how much I'm missing out on. I can still obtain pleasure from sexual stuff, just not from ejaculation which for everyone else is paired with orgasm.
