Hey all, don't really know if I'm looking for advise or just to vent but I (M26) am having a really hard time orgasming from vaginal sex with my gf (f22)

I feel like a jerk even writing this and it's totally not her fault. I think the years of masturbating and porn between my first gf and her have ruined me and I feel awful. That combined with the fact she is really only comfortable with slow and gentle sex means I just can't get there and it literally starts to become painful for her no matter how slowly I go and we have to stop.

So far she has always finished me off with her hands and mouth and I feel like she is taking it personally no matter how much I reassure her it's not her fault.

Like what am I supposed to do in this position? I've stopped jerking off but it's been almost 3 months now and it doesn't really seem to have gotten better.
