I have sexual anxiety and I think I need professional help. I live in the U.S.

I have a trauma therapist and a weekly massage therapist but I think I need even more help.
I had adverse CSA experiences. In recent therapeutic years I still have sexual anxiety.
I have no problem attracting attractive sexy women and strange women stare and smile at me. It feels nice they notice me but my body freaks out and I can't engage them. How do I get past this?
