My therapist says that I 58M have gender dysphoria, which means that my sex assigned at birth is different from my gender identity, and I don’t know how to talk about that with my wife. She might have an idea because of the way we have sex but I’ve never just told her straight up. I’m nervous about how she’ll react, but I also think she might have a similar issue because she says she wishes she had a flat chest and she had a boys haircut for a long time. Has anyone had experience with that type of topic? Has gender dysphoria or something similar changed your relationships?
