I have very sensitive skin which reacts to almost all of the soaps, body washes and shampoos I have used. I’m currently using an expensive medicated shampoo which is fine for my hair and scalp, but when I tried washing my pubic hair with it I broke out in rash and dry skin on my vulva and pubic area. I have tried countless sensitive skin and medicated soaps which are okay for most of my body, but my vulva and pubic area always react without fail. I’ve shaved and waxed a few times, but the waxing cause blisters and swelling which took months to recover from and shaving causes terrible rashes and irritation from shaving creams. I keep a full bush most of the time because it’s more comfortable, but the downside of only washing with water is how strong I smell. My gynaecologist said my scent is normal, just strong and that it’s healthy and normal.I’ve tried scented hair oils which I’ve also reacted to as well. Is there anything else natural that anyone knows or can recommend? I’m not sure what else to do.
