Both of us have a hard time cumming

Me and my partner (both women and in middles 20s) have a hard time cumming. We are both easily turned on but can’t cum or feel too much pain in fingering. We also easily get dry whenever we do that. There were also times when we both feel to much pleasure but cumming isn’t coming on us. I do hope I could get insights especially from sex therapist on how we would get better in doing so.
