I only have a libido when active on dating apps

I am an on-again, off-again user of dating apps. During breaks from the apps I've noticed my sex drive plummets, even if I'm still having consistent sex. It's a pretty stark difference - going from masturbating multiple times a day to maybe twice a week.
Possibly related: When I have an active profile on an app it pretty much consumes my life. It's the first thing I look at in the morning and the last thing I see before bed.
Am I doomed? Any advice appreciated.
