how can i improve my communication skills in the bedroom??

so i’m (25f) neurodivergent (adhd and a lil autistic so ig that’s makes me audhd) and ive always had trouble with basic social skills even as an adult. which as a result translates into romantic relationships and the bedroom. there’s some things i wanna talk to my man (24m) about including foreplay and using lube as well as toys but im not sure where to start bc ive also always been the type of person that does not like conflict and serious discussions and will do just about anything to avoid them. how can i start the conversation and say things in a way that will ensure the conversation goes smoothly?
