Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how I can improve the emotional connection in my relationship, especially during intimate moments. I (M) want to make sure my partner (F) feels truly understood, appreciated, and connected on a deeper level when we’re together.
While physical intimacy is important, I’m realizing that the emotional and mental aspects are just as crucial, and I’d love to hear some insights from people who have found ways to strengthen that connection.
For those of you who feel truly seen and understood by your partner in the bedroom, what makes that possible? How do you and your partner foster a sense of emotional safety and understanding?
