My wife and I enjoy an active and fun sex life. But it's common if we abstain for more than a week that she has issues with tearing. I'm above average and she's exceptionally tight. I don't believe it's an arousal issue on her part as I always make sure she gets off before we start PIV, as a gentleman always should.

She spoke to her gyno today and a recent tear has gotten infected. So she's on topical antibiotics and a cream to improve playability. As a result we have to go at least 4 weeks abstinent.

While we wait is there anything I can do to help the situation? I can't make myself less thick obviously, but anything else? The situation has me feeling very guilty.
