How can I relieve pain from an STI before I get antibiotics?

I'm constantly drinking water like litres and peeing and cleaning myself down there with soap and water everytime.
But there's a constant discharge and when I'm lying in bed now it just hurts. (Male)
I have to wait till Monday or Tuesday before I get checked. Even then I might not get antibiotics on the day.
