Woke up with a swollen lip

Woke up yesterday morning with a swollen lip but it pretty much went down in a couple hours, completely gone by the end of the night.
I'm worried it's HSV-1 as I went out last night and kissed someone but it didn't have the usual symptoms, blisters, redness and painful itching.
Getting a test soon but thoughts in the meantime? Thank you
