Hi, me and my boyfriend have been together for about 10 months and recently I had tested positive for trichomoniasis. I had had a swab test performed on me about two days after noticing symptoms (itching, odor). I had informed him that I tested positive and immediately got on antibiotics and he had tested positive as well. I have not been with anyone else and he swears up and down that he has not been either and is now hurt and confused by why I have trich. I have not been to any public pools nor have I shared any towels with anyone. Any other possible explanations?
