What causes someone to take forever to cum with no alcohol or drugs?

Every time we have sex he takes nearly two hours. No alcohol no drugs. Only finished 3 times. He also loses it halfway through or halfway through if we change positions but says he’s really attracted to me? I’m so confused. Is it ED if you lose it halfway through as opposed to at the start which normally happens when I get with a new partner?
I can get him back in by going down on him but it does become hard to stay engaged in PIV after doing multiple positions.
