Is the prostate cancer reduction risk from frequency of ejaculations settled science?

Basically the title. There have been a few studies, I think one done from Harvard, and an Australian study that identify a risk reduction to prostate cancer based on higher frequency of ejaculations.

Some info is I am 35-40 - currently experimenting with abstinence and delaying ejaculating for 4-6 week periods. Prior to this I would be in the 4-7 per week range. Sex life is healthy it's just ejaculating is being replaced with teasing/denial.

Some of the research identified that adolescence and young adult frequency had more of an impact than middle age. I do not want to do this too much though if I'm going to markedly raise my risk.
