I’ll start by saying I (31M) really enjoy having sex with my partner (28F) and we have been in a happy intimate relationship for 4 years now!
However, there are many times when I’ll just be minding my own business, focusing on whatever I’m doing at the time, and she will just come up and grab my d!ck and say “do you want to have sex?” When I tell her “not really, I’m doing something right now” she gets upset at the rejection & I feel as if I’ve let her down.

To me, it always catches me off guard as I am not particularly horny at the time… I need more than just this very short & somewhat un-consensual/awkward interaction to get in the mood… I’m a man, not a sex robot.

Any advice would be helpful !
