So my sexual partner slept with someone else. He had vaginal and oral sex with her.

He shows me his STD test because he felt off afterwards, but it shows negative for penile gonorrhea and positive for throat test…

What is the likelihood that he contracted this from her and not someone else?

If you think about it… transmission is a lot higher for intercourse, and if he went down on her and got gonorrhea from that in his mouth then why didn’t he get penile, too? Vaginal, and oral giving/receiving it would make sense to test positive for both.

I can’t help but wonder if he has actually been sleeping with men. Am I wrong for thinking that, or is there someone else out there who has had a similar experience?
