First time, should I be concerned?

First time just lost virginity, ejaculated in the condom while I was in her (fully on).

Then while in the action of pulling out due to being quick or just friction the condom shifted up the shaft about 25% up (still on)

Still kept it on until I could throw it away. Noticed afterwords I still had an erection didn’t go away until about 10-15 minutes after I checked for semen and any leaks in the condom afterwards and it was fine.

Was there any risk in this? Did I do something wrong? Is it supposed to do that ?
