(Not strictly an STI, I think, but similar issues involved)

I had jock itch for multiple months earlier this year. I have been treating it aggressively; some symptoms (i.e. redness, flaking) disappeared weeks ago; others (itchiness) a little over a week; some (tingling) only a few days ago.

I am due to meet someone for a hookup tomorrow; I've disclosed that this is something I'm dealing with, and we plan only to do things that don't pose a significant risk of transmission. I anticipate that I am likely to still be contagious, but am I wrong about this? And, assuming I am contagious, what can we do that would not post a risk of transmission (e.g. I imagine I could give her oral or finger her, but that PiV or BJs would be off the table)?
