What is the chance of me getting HIV/STDs from giving oral to my long time partner with cranker sores?

I (22 Female) was giving him oral, as anyone does for their partner. I was washing up mouth and what now and found a painless cranker sore on top of my teeth (on top of my lateral incisor). I put on top of it some dental paste to heal it. No cuts or bleeding. I am usually careful of if I have cranker sore or not so I don’t give oral. Please help me, thank you! He and I have no other partners and been in a long term relationship.
