HPV risk from oral sex in monogamous couple

Post Body

So I just watched a video about throat cancer risk in men because of HPV transferred while giving oral sex.

I am a guy who absolutely loves giving oral and does it almost everyday with my wife.

We have been each other's only partner, but neither of us have been vaccinated against HPV.

I do remember a doctor talking to my (now) wife about 'some vaccine' that she should have before starting to have sex, but we had already been having sex by then (started at age of 27).

So my questions are:

  1. Am I at a risk of oral cancer because of giving oral.
  2. Should she/we get the HPV vaccine.
  3. This shouldn't happen, but let's say if either of us cheats on another, without being HPV vaccinated, would that increase the risk of HPV for both of us?
  4. Should guys also get HPV vaccination?
  5. If a guy gets HPV vaccination, is he protected against it while giving unprotected oral sex to other girls who may have HPV?
  6. Girls can also get HPV from infected guys they give oral to, right?

TIA
